  1. Feel like an athlete.
  2. Take a whole summer (or a year!) off from work, notice the days going by, and get in synch with the rhythm of the days and the seasons.
  3. Spend a month in Italy with my husband.
  4. Consistently greet my children after absences with a big smile and a hug and an "I missed you!".
  5. Never go to bed angry or distant.
  6. Look in my children's eyes and connect with them every day in a meaningful way (even if it's brief).
  7. Apologize to people I have hurt.
  8. Learn to garden and landscape around my house.
  9. Take more photographs.
  10. Paint a picture.
  11. Write a novel or short story for young adults.
  12. Run a 10K.
  13. Get my father to let me record his childhood memories.
