- Get into the habit of going to bed at a sensible hour (and maintain the habit for life)
- Get into the habit of getting up early and going for a brisk walk in the mornings.
- Learn to speak French

- Learn how to canter on a horse (without falling off!)
- Take the girls for a ride on a beach somewhere (horse riding)
- Frame more of my photos
- Keep a gratitude journal
- Row in a Master's regatta
- Get back to Pilates once a week, for the rest of my life
- Learn how to apply eye makeup properly
- Take a watercolours class
- Take a pottery class
- Sign up for NaNoWriMo and get my first draft written
- Get my First Aid Certificate updated
- Give blood
- Get on the bone marrow register
- Take a gourmet cooking class tour of France & Italy
- Go to Gallipoli for ANZAC Day
- Host an international exchange student for a year.
- Go to a nutritionist and get personal advice about eating well.
- Let it go. Let it go.
- Cook a paella like Cristina's
- Go to the Opera House to see Lakme
- Go to the theatre at least once a year
- Charter a yacht through the Whitsundays
- Spend a week at a Spa with my husband
- Go through all my foodie magazines and tear out the recipes I'm likely to use, and get rid of the rest
- Join the school Fete committee
- Start a committee of concerned parents at school to help out families in crisis
- Move to Europe and live/work there for at least two years
- Learn how the stockmarket works.
- Buy some shares, just for fun.
- Do a Pilates 'hundred' every morning
- For my daughters... Spend at least ten minutes talking to each of them about their day when I tuck them into bed.
- For my daughters... Teach them how to cook a proper Roast Beef with all the trimmings.
- For my daughters... Teach them how to cook anything (how to follow a recipe) then stand back and let them do it.
- For my daughters... Take them to see a Broadway musical
- For my daughters... Help out in their classrooms at least three times a year
- For my daughters... Show them how to deal with bullies at school and at work
- For my daughters... Get myself a bike so I can take them on long rides
- For my daughters... Get them a puppy - each.
- For my daughters... Take them to Europe, broaden their horizons
- For my daughters... Let them spend their pocket money on whatever they want even if it's crap.
- For my daughters... Teach them how to save some pocketmoney!
- For my daughters... Send them Valentines Day cards every year.
- For my daughters... Start saving up for college/whatever
- For my daughters... Write about them every day in my gratitude journal
- For my daughters... Take them to museums and art galleries and be patient with them.
- For my husband... Say it out loud more often ("thanks! I really appreciate your help! I'm so glad you're mine!)
- For my husband... Teach him how to cook, then stand back and let him do it.
- For my husband... Spend more time thinking about what to get him for Christmas and his birthday.
- For my husband... Send him flowers to his office
- For my husband... Send him Valentines Day cards every year.
- For my husband... Write about him every day in my gratitude journal.
- For my husband... Take golf lessons with him.
- For my husband... Take swing, tango, waltz lessons with him.
- For my husband... Be truly sympathetic when sympathy is needed. Don't resent him for catching a cold!
- Clean out the garage and have a garage sale
- Plant pots of herbs on the back verandah
- Decide on Sunday night what we're having for dinner all week, make a shopping list, go shopping.
- Stop being so bothered every time I don't win the lottery.
- Use my inside voice at work (open plan office!)
- Go away for a weekend to get my book proposal written
- Enrol the kids in cooking classes during the school holidays
- Buy new bathtowels every 12 months
- Buy new bed sheets every 12 months
- Make my lunch to take to work, stop buying it!
